Co-Investment Management

While NMI provides 100% of the required equity for the majority of our property investments from internal sources, a significant and growing percentage of our investments involved equity partnerships with third party, passive investors.

As NMI grows, we anticipate our responsibilities with investor partners will increase as well.  Transparency is a primary goal and to that end, we provide our partners with third party audit reports and tax returns prepared and certified by national accounting firms.  Our monthly investor reports include cash reconciliations tied to third party bank statements.  Our management is required to operate under approved annual budgets; the monthly, quarterly and annual variance from which must be explained and justified.
